We left Peace River at about 8:30 a.m., and after a few stops along the way for fuel and the dogs, we arrived in Crossfield, and onward to our campground at the Beaver Dam Golf And RV Resort. We rolled in on fumes this time and didn’t realize we were about 16 km away from the nearest gas station. Fortunately with a flip to the Economy mode in the truck we made it back to the Shell. To my knowledge our tank in the truck is 125L, and I just put in 120.2L tonight, so it was close.We had a nice visit at Auntie Carol and Uncle Murray’s place, along with cousin Barry. It was good to see them again, and figure it’s been over 18 years since the last time we saw them.
